4. WILLIAM JOHN BISCOE was born on 20 Sep 1820 in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire. He was a Soldier in prior to 1851 when he was discharged from 94th Foot. He died about 1895.

He was married to ANN LOUGHANE about 1851. ANN LOUGHANE was born about 1826 in Ireland.
