Subscriptions to the LIFELINE Anxiety Disorder Newsletter are FREE. There are three options for obtaining a copy.

Option #1

E-mail subscription -- a Portable Document File of each issue will be e-mailed to you.

Please be assured that Lifeline ADN will never use your email address other than to send you each issue or to communicate any associated news on anxiety disorders.

Option #2

A printed copy will be mailed to your home. Payment is required, however, to cover postage and handling. To receive four (March, June, September and December) issues, please complete a Mail Subscription Order Form, print out and send, enclosing a cheque in the amount of:

Option #3

Multiple copies are available for distribution from clinics, support groups, doctors' offices, libraries, mental health centres, etc.

Many therapists and facilitators find their clients very receptive to Lifeline's readable and comprehensive format and like to have copies available for them.

We are happy to post FREE banner advertisements on our link page for our bulk copy subscribers - just enclose your business card, brochure or any special instructions with your subscription order form or contact us for more information.
