15. PHOEBE LUCY WALLER was born in 1848 in Woolwich, Kent and died 1921 in Lambeth.

She was married to JOHN JOSEPH KINCHIN (son of JOHN JOSEPH KINCHIN and REBECCA FRENCH) on 22 Jul 1866 in Lambeth, Surrey. JOHN JOSEPH KINCHIN was born in 1848 in Woolwich, Kent. He was an apprentice lighterman, a soldier and an engine fitter.
