4. SAMUEL CHARLES WALLER was born on 26 Oct 1828 in Woolwich, Kent and died in 1898 in Lambeth, Surrey. He was a waterman and, later, a carman.

He was married to PHOEBE ELIZABETH JUDD (daughter of JOHN and MARY JUDD) in 1847 in Lewisham, Kent. PHOEBE ELIZABETH JUDD was born on 23 Nov 1828 in Woolwich, Kent and died in 1885 in Lambeth, Surrey.
